Psychotherapy

Psychotherapy focuses on helping identify and change troubling emotions, thoughts, and behaviours. Psychotherapy can help not only alleviate symptoms, but also identify the psychological root causes of a condition.

I utilise a range of evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT). These therapies are designed to help individuals address a variety of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. Counselling

Counselling helps people deal with personal problems including depression, anxiety, and substance dependence.  This is done through non judgemental listening where issues can be clarified, options explored and strategies developed.

Coaching

Coaching focuses on setting goals and taking action to achieve them. Coaches provide support and help clients be accountable for their actions.  Skilled coaches understand how individual's strengths and potential can be harnessed using psychotherapy and counselling to drive progress.
